“Having missed presenting our programs over the past two years, I’m delighted that we can come to you with a very special program, certainly the most unusual program we’ve ever presented over the 20 years of our series here at the Thousand Islands Playhouse. It’s a program of great chamber music and the story of a very gifted young violinist, Kenny Wong, who had to give up dreams of a full-time virtuoso performing career and took up acting. At this concert you will experience his story of heartbreak and triumph, along with some sublime viola quintet music of Mozart and Beethoven.“
